مراجعة الإدارة
يمكن للمالك المخوّل، بعد تسجيل الدخول بحساب المالك وجلسة الإدارة، مراجعة محادثات البائع والمشتري والصور والفيديوهات المرتبطة بها لأغراض الدعم والسلامة والتحقيق في البلاغات. هذه المحادثات ليست مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف ضد وصول إدارة المنصة.
تتطلب المراجعة اختيار سبب، ويُسجّل وصول الإدارة مع وقت المراجعة ورقم المحادثة دون نسخ محتوى الرسائل إلى سجل الوصول. العرض للقراءة فقط، ولا يرسل رسائل باسم المستخدمين ولا يغيّر حالة القراءة لديهم.
لا تُرسل محتويات المحادثات في واجهة المراجعة إلى خدمة الترجمة الآلية، ولا تُحفظ في تخزين المتصفح الدائم الخاص بهذه الواجهة. الحظر يمنع التواصل الجديد بين الطرفين عبر الإعلانات؛ وقد تكتمل رسالة بدأ إرسالها قبل الحظر. البلاغ لا يعني الحظر التلقائي.
لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق أو بيانات البطاقة في المحادثات. تبقى آلية حذف الحساب الحالية مطبّقة على رسائلك ومرفقاتك.
Administration review
The authorized owner, signed in with both an owner account and an administration session, can review buyer/seller messages and their images or videos for support, safety and report investigation. Chats are not end-to-end encrypted against platform administration access.
A review purpose is required. Access records contain the reviewer, conversation ID, time and purpose, not a copy of message content. Review is read-only: it cannot send messages as users or mark their messages as read.
The review interface does not send conversation content to automatic translation or persist it in browser storage. Blocking prevents new contact across listings; an already in-flight message may finish. Reporting does not automatically block a participant.
Do not share passwords, verification codes or card details in chats. Existing account-deletion procedures continue to apply to your messages and attachments.
